Module Introduction

The module is specially developed for NDUV SO₂ gas analysis. Small size, high measurement accuracy, easy to integrate into the SO2 gas analyzer, can be used in the field of ship exhaust gas detection and ambient air detection.

Principle

The module adopts the principle of non-dispersive Ultraviolet absorption and consists of a Narrow band UV LED, a gas chamber, a detector and a signal control and processing circuit. It analyzes the gas concentration by detecting the light intensity before and after gas absorption and thus calculating the absorbance.

The module adopts a new type of multi-reflection Ultraviolet gas chamber designed by Laoying, It has the advantages of customized optical path and stable optical path, achieving both high stability and low detection limit. The module has a smaller size and is convenient to be integrated into various gas analyzers.
